Half-baked integration with limited functionality that pales in comparison to Slack - overly complex setup for minimal results
This has promise but presently is about as basic an integration as you can get. There is limited information and data synced with minimal configuration / customisation available. For example with the webinar integration, you can only sync across name, email, job title and organisation name. What's more if you create a form to sign up for a webinar via HubSpot, if you make any other fields mandatory it fails to sync! Furthermore, if you want to use the approval functionality for the registration to webinars in Teams, this will stop it automatically syncing contacts once they are approved for registration and you are forced to periodically manually sync. The rest of the integration is very hit and miss. So far we have managed to get the HubSpot agent to work in Teams, the aforementioned Webinar sync and the ability to message individuals, however after a lot of effort we are still yet to get the integration to work with channels / teams. Overly complex set up with limited functionality. Compared to Slack it is night and day.
